Our Heritage

Slow-dripping oil for the daily ritual

In our sunlit atelier, we honor the ancient craft of wood-pressing. We extract each golden drop slowly, keeping the temperature low to preserve the raw nourishment of every nut.

The Method

Sun-cured nuts, pressed slowly

We source hand-cracked almonds and walnuts, curing them gently before they meet our heavy stone press. By avoiding industrial heat, we protect the fragile enzymes and rich aromas that mass-produced oils strip away.

The result is an unrefined culinary fat with a natural sediment—a true mark of purity that sits beautifully on your kitchen counter.

Our Craft

How we press

We follow a patient, three-step extraction process that respects the natural rhythm of the nut. Every bottle represents days of curing, slow wood-pressing, and natural settling.

01. Shelling & Curing

Almonds and walnuts are shelled by hand and laid in thin layers to cure, gently reducing moisture before pressing to concentrate their natural oils.

02. Wooden Pressing

A heavy wooden pestle rotates slowly in a stone mortar, extracting the oil without generating friction heat that destroys delicate nutrients.

03. Natural Settling

We let the unrefined oil rest quietly in glass jars, allowing the natural sediment to settle without chemical filtration or bleaching for 15 days.
